Booking & Payment:
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

As availability may be limited—especially for last-minute requests—we kindly ask that you inform us of your transport needs at least one day in advance. This allows us to coordinate accordingly and ensure a smooth and timely transfer for your journey. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participants and a maximum of 2 participants per car.
Health & Safety:
- Participants should be in good physical condition for light walking and moderate activity.
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please notify us when booking.
Recommended Gear:
It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes (preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals with straps) as some locations may require walking on uneven terrain or rocky surfaces. We strive to provide the best experience possible while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Liability:
- Participants agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the transport.
- The transport operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
Conduct:
Participants are expected to respect local culture and the environment. Any disruptive behavior, including littering or disrespecting local customs, will not be tolerated.
