Booking & Payment:

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

Tour Availability:

The tour is subject to availability and weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Group Size:

The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participants and a maximum of 2 participants per boat.

Health & Safety:

• Participants should be in good physical condition for moderate activity.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please notify us when booking.

Recommended Gear:

Guests are advised to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and bring a light jacket or windbreaker, as early mornings on the water can be cool and breezy. Non-slip footwear or sandals are recommended for safety, along with sun protection such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Guests may also wish to bring a camera or mobile phone to capture the sunrise, and a small dry bag is recommended to keep personal belongings safe from splashes.

Liability:

• Participants agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

Participants are expected to respect local culture and the environment. Any disruptive behavior, including littering or disrespecting local customs, will not be tolerated.
