Booking & Payment:
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
Tour Availability:
The tour is subject to availability and weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Group Size:
The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participants and a maximum of 4 participants per boat.

Recommended Gear:
For the sunrise boat trip, guests are advised to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and bring a light jacket or windbreaker, as early mornings on the water can be cool and breezy. Non-slip footwear or sandals are recommended for safety, along with sun protection such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Guests may also wish to bring a camera or mobile phone to capture the sunrise, and a small dry bag is recommended to keep personal belongings safe from splashes.

- The tour operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
