Boat time to and from Nusa Penida:

Boats to and from Nusa Penida operate daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. We kindly advise you to plan your tour accordingly to ensure a smooth return and avoid being stranded on the island.

Entrance Ticket:

Please note that the entrance ticket is not included in the package. Participants are kindly requested to purchase their own ticket prior to entering the location.

Booking & Payment:

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

Tour Availability:

The tour is subject to availability and weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Group Size:

The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participants and a maximum of 2 participants per car.

Health & Safety:

• Participants should be in good physical condition for light walking and moderate activity.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please notify us when booking.

Recommended Gear:

It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes (preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals with straps) as some locations may require walking on uneven terrain or rocky surfaces..

The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen delays. We strive to provide the best experience possible while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

Liability:

• Participants agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

Conduct:

Participants are expected to respect local culture and the environment. Any disruptive behavior, including littering or disrespecting local customs, will not be tolerated.
