Booking & Payment:
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
Tour Availability:
The tour is subject to availability and weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Group Size:
The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participants and a maximum of 2 participants per car.
Health & Safety:
- Participants should be in good physical condition for light walking and moderate activity.
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please notify us when booking.
Recommended Gear:
It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes (preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals with straps) as some locations may require walking on uneven terrain or rocky surfaces..
